DEF STAN 05-135: Fraudulent and Counterfeit Materiel Avoidance Defence standard by UK MOD (10 July 2014)

The following standard was devised for the use of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) and its suppliers in the execution of contracts for the MOD.

Defence Standard 05-135 – Avoidance of Counterfeit Materiel

“This Defence Standard defines the arrangements that a supplier is required to establish to demonstrate that they are actively planning and managing the risk of counterfeit materiel in their supply chain to prevent delivery of such materiel to the MOD.”
