DoD Formally Adopts AS6174

According to the DLA project manager, SAE AS6174, Counterfeit Materiel; Assuring Acquisition of Authentic and Conforming Materiel, has been formally adopted by DoD. The adoption notice for AS6174 is dated 17 June 2013 and is in the queue for posting in the ASSIST database.
