    Thank you for posting these presentations Henry. The statement from Robert Metzger and the presentations from TechAmerica, AIA and TTI clearly reflect the significant concerns & disappointments we have with the propsosed rule. Our hopes of seeing a far more efficient, consistent and risk minded approach flowing down from our customers will obsviously take much more time and effort.

    Henry, I’m not certain I’m interpreting the Unified Agenda correctly but it appears 2012-D055, aka RIN: 0750-AH88, which was published two days ago, reflects a “Final Action” date of 2/00/14. Here’s the link, perhaps you can offer your interpretation of the entry. Much appreciated.
